Yeast- Everything Homebrew Review!

Two Saturdays back was the grand opening for Yeast-Everything Homebrew in Mt. Pleasant.   Finally, we have a homebrew shop and it's within 10 minutes of my house.  Sweet!  I made it out to the grand opening and I must say traffic in and out of the store was nice and steady.  It was good to see the local homebrewers come out and show their support.  Speaking of local homebrewers.  The local homebrewing club, The Low Country Libations (I am a proud a card carrying member) showed their support by brewing a batch of Belgian White.  It was an extract ingredient kit that is sold at the shop.  I arrived when they were just finishing up, and it smelled damn good!

Here's a little about the shop.  Obviously they sell grains, hops, and yeast, but in addition they sell a lot more than that.  They sell homebrewing equipment kits for those newly interested in the hobby.  For the extract brewer, they sell different varieties of beer kits.  They also had a a good selection of other supplies needed for homebrewing, such as bottle caps, sanitizer, beer bottles, etc... The owner, Peter Kinslow, was also asking customers what they would like him to carry so that when he orders he can cater to what the customers want.   For those thinking about getting into homebrewing, he will be offering classes for beginners.  In addition, he will have an advanced homebrewing class for those looking to take their brewing to the next level.

If your a homebrewer and haven't been to Yeast-Everything Homebrew, then be sure to get in there soon to check it out.   Also, the website is very informative and has all the information you need.  Check it out here!  Also like them on Facebook and follow on Twitter to stay up to date on inventory, classes, etc.. Oh and check out some pics I took on my visit.

Cheers!
