soaking in Cascade and Amarillo hops and orange peel. This will be
available as a bottomless option at the dinner. Food will be paired with
the following Sweetwater brews: Dank Tank, Mean Joe Bean, IPA, Road Trip and Happy
Ending. This event starts at 7:00pm and the cost is $45 plus tax and gratuity

Westbrook Brewing will be celebrating American Craft Beer Week by tapping 3 casks. Thursday's cask is their IPA dry-hopped in the cask with Falconer's Flight, a new, super citrusy hop blend. On friday, they'll have a Belgian Pale cask dry-hopped with Kent Golding and white and black peppercorns. Saturday they will tap another IPA cask with 3 different hop varieties- Centennail, Cascade, and Amarillo.
